Dan Penteado has been sentence to 12 weeks in jail for benefit fraud, the co host of the BBC show rogue traders should be ashamed of himself for claiming housing benefit and council tax benefit. Its quite ironic considering the should is all about exposing and catching people in the trading industry who cheats there customers or just do poor work. The judge should have given him a longer sentence, what a fool!!
